Abstract

This paper examines the transformation of volunteer program management under the influence of digital technologies, emphasizing the shift in focus from recruitment to retention. The functions of intelligent recruitment systems, learning management systems (LMS) platforms, gamified interfaces, and CRM solutions in the nonprofit sector are analyzed. The transition from a transactional model to a relational one is substantiated, where key retention factors include personalized communications, visualization of social influence, and predictive analytics of burnout risks. Particular attention is paid to the techno-humanitarian balance, which prevents volunteer anonymization during the automation of routine operations. Architectural principles for building ecosystems (SSO, modularity, integration with social networks) and empirical data on the correlation between digital achievement certificates and long - term participation are presented.
