From my roots as a claims manager in 2008 to leading SKY RE as Managing Director (2013–2022), my career has been defined by a commitment to mastering the mechanics of risk. Today, I lead a team of elite marine and financial risk professionals at Sun Marine, where we are reshaping how insurance portfolios are managed.
My journey began in 2008 handling claims in the Russian Far East and evolved through leadership roles in Moscow and St. Kitts and Nevis, where I served as MD of SKY RE (www.sky.re) for nearly a decade.
In 2022, I launched a specialized insurance portfolio management agency, not by simply increasing headcount, but by assembling a lean, high-caliber team of underwriters and claims experts. We believe that the future of insurance lies in the synergy between motivated talent and advanced technology. By leveraging algorithmic underwriting, AI, and automation, we focus our energy on what matters most: solving complex problems.
My philosophy is simple: if a client can envision it, we can engineer it. We thrive where others hesitate, using a flexible, client-centered approach to turn "impossible" risks into viable solutions.
