Abstract

This article examines the role of organizational culture in improving the management effectiveness of volunteer associations. The relevance of this topic stems from the specific nature of volunteer work, which is based on intrinsic motivation, making traditional administrative management methods ineffective. The aim of this study is to identify and systematize the mechanisms by which organizational culture influences key volunteer performance indicators. The methodological basis is a qualitative analysis and secondary processing of data from modern research. The study found that organizational culture directly drives volunteer turnover, increases engagement, and stimulates innovative behavior.
